Digital delivery

The report is a digital product delivered immediately after purchase. Because it cannot be returned, purchases are generally non-refundable once the report has been unlocked.

When we do refund

• You were charged twice for the same order.
• You paid but never received a working license code, and we could not fix it.
• The report failed to generate because of a fault on our side.

EU and UK right of withdrawal

Consumers in the EU and UK normally have 14 days to withdraw from a digital purchase. By purchasing and immediately unlocking the report, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once delivery has begun. This consent is captured at checkout by our merchant of record.
